Darkwood Castle is to be sold, because the maintenance costs can no longer be financed.

A rumour is circulating that a fabulous treasure rests within the walls of the castle, which the 4th Lord Ashtonburry is said to have walled up in protest against the infidelity of his wife, together with the slain lover!

The sacrilege of the planned sale shakes even the bones of the ancestors of those of Ashtonburry, who rest in the mausoleum of Darkwood Castle. One in particular is robbed of eternal rest and leaves the damp crypt to protect his final resting place

The spirit of the House of Ashtonburry is haunting, and it will not rest until it has found the culprits and brought them to justice.
