The mission statement of our star cuisine
“There has to be a hero – we define this according to season and inspiration. We develop the menu from this focal point to create a harmonious and always somewhat surprising composition of flavors.”
With this vision, Maximilian Moser and his team have managed to raise the cuisine of the gourmet restaurant Aubergine to a whole new level of quality, which was awarded a Michelin star in November 2014 and has defended this as the only star in the Starnberg-Ammersee region for 10 years.
