Our new culinary calendar for 2025
We start the year 2025 with an enjoyable fireworks display: With our culinary calendar, we present a wealth of new and proven events and menus. For the first time, the Gourmet Gala 12 Months 12 Stars will take place on 26 January (EUR 295/pers.). At this event, 14 star chefs combine their creativity in a culinary performance, accompanied by fine wines and hand-picked champagne. But that’s just the beginning: the calendar has many more highlights in store, such as the food festival for the senses, sunsets on the roof or a Valentine’s Day menu by candlelight on Lovers’ Day.
Starlights
Since 2014, the gourmet restaurant Aubergine, under the management of chef Maximilian Moser, has held the only Michelin star in the Upper Bavarian Fünfseenland. Every four to six weeks, new creations are created there, which are staged with great attention to detail. At the Best of Aubergine from 8 January to 22 February 2025, guests can expect the finest dishes of the past twelve months combined in one menu (EUR 169/pers). As part of the winegrowers’ evenings on 4 April and 6 November (EUR 229/pers.), fine wines meet exquisite dishes: two of our winegrowers reveal the secrets of their work between courses and present a selection of the best wines. Also: Aubergine goes rooftop! On 28 June, Maximilian Moser and his team will serve summery dishes on our in-house roof terrace – including a view of the sunset over Starnberg (EUR 229/pers.). From 27 August to 11 October, the gourmet restaurant will be putting the spotlight on the king of shellfish with its lobster at Rendevouz. On the champagne menu on 29 November 2025, on the other hand, is the sparkling Perrier Jouet (EUR 229/5 courses with champagne accompaniment).
Pleasure celebrations at the gates of Munich
You should celebrate the festivals as they fall. For example, on March 16 and October 26, 2025, when external guests and hotel guests enjoy Live Music @ Hemingway Bar in heavy leather armchairs, order their favorite cocktail and listen to the voice of Sarah Kaspar. For those interested, there is a Rumflight Special on request (from EUR 32/pers. incl. three types of rum). At the annual food festival on 26 July 2025 – Upper Bavaria’s culinary summer hit – our visitors feast on a champagne aperitif at star level from stand to stand for hours (EUR 159/pers). And after the pleasure event? For four weeks, the trainees take the helm in Oliv’s restaurant. The young chefs design and cook a high-class four-course menu (EUR 59/person) on their own.

From the elegant salon magic of days gone by to staged crimes in the style of Edgar Wallace – our audience experiences an exciting series of exclusive dinner events that combine culinary delights and entertainment: Whether magic and hypnosis at the Golden Ace on January 25, 2025 (EUR 109/pers. incl. four-course menu), rousing stories at the murder mystery dinner on April 26, July 19 and October 25 (EUR 99/pers. incl. four-course menu) or musical events such as ABBA – The Tribute Dinner Show on January 24, 2025. and 25 May (EUR 85/person incl. three-course menu) and the musical dinner on 30/31 May and 19/20 December (EUR 85/person incl. three-course menu). Literature and wine lovers can catch up with the grape harvest on 18 October (EUR 49/person incl. aperitif, three-course menu and corresponding drinks accompaniment) or a Midsummer Night’s Dream on 12 July (EUR 149/person incl. aperitif, finger food and drinks), while fans of the “King of Rock ‘n’ Roll” will experience a journey through time on October 11, 2025 under the motto Elvis meets Dinner (EUR 85/pers. incl. three-course menu). The evenings are always accompanied by selected dishes, an atmospheric atmosphere and our first-class service.
