The most important pillars of the team are the long-standing employees, who make it easy for new employees to integrate into the team! We rely on a mixture of experience and positive charisma.
Creative work is always welcome and every idea is appreciated. Every trainee and young chef can try something out and these ideas are often adopted for menus – even in the gourmet restaurant Aubergine!
All of this is based on human interaction, which leads to a good atmosphere in the team. The team leaders are also available outside of working hours and are always ready to listen!
